2009 Advertising and Consumer Psychology Conference: Leveraging Consumer Psychology for Effective Health Communications

The 2009 Advertising and Consumer Psychology Conference will be held at the facilities of the Ross School of Business, University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. It will be chaired by Professors Rajeev Batra (University of Michigan, Yaffe Center and Ross School of Business), Punam Anand Keller (Tuck School of Business, Dartmouth), and Vic Strecher (University of Michigan, Medical School and School of Public Health). The Yaffe Center for Persuasive Communication is the primary organizer for this Conference, under the aegis of the Society for Consumer Psychology.
 
 
The Lead Sponsor for the Conference is the National Center for Health Marketing and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) in collaboration with the National Public Health Information Coalition (NPHIC). The Conference is co-sponsored by the Yaffe Center for Persuasive Communication, the University of Michigan Ross School of Business, the University of Michigan School of Public Health, and Johnson & Johnson. Additional sponsorship support is provided by the Association for Consumer Research.
